Thank you for choosing PSE Blower Service for your recent supercharger purchase. Your supercharger is carefullly packaged with your original receipt, gasket kit if ordered, and Warranty. Most units that are ordered by 2:30 pm CST are sent out for delivery that day.

Upon receieving your supercharger order carefully open the box without damaging it as you will need to use it to return your core. Remove all documentation and any gasket kits that may be included. Remove your remanufactured supercharger from its sealed plastic bag and set it aside to repackage your core.

After you have removed your original supercharger from the engine carefully place them side by side on your work table. Transfer the PCV components in exact order as removed into your remanufactured supercharger installing a new PCV valve if desired. Then remove and transfer the bypass valve actuator onto your remanufactured supercharger. Carefully position the throttle valve actuator in a slightly depressed position ensuring the bypass valve lever is firmly contacting its stop. Recheck your adjustment to make sure you have a small amount of seat pressure holding the lever against the stop. Then carefully clean all remaining gasket material thoroughly from the vehicle's intake manifold being careful not to use any abrasive tools that can scratch the soft aluminum surface.

Place your new intake manifold gasket and O-rings in position and install your new PSE remanufactured supercharger. Carefully torque all of your bolts to manufacturer specifications. If your supercharger is made by GM or Ford it will be shipped to you full of oil and ready for immediate use. We recommend at this time that you carefully inspect your drive belt, any belt idlers, and your lower crankshaft pulley for proper operation. Replace these parts if needed.
Under the warranty tab, two drop down tabs appear. If you don’t click on one of the two drop down tabs and just click the warranty tab in the banner a combination of both warranty and terms appear. As far as the either warranty tab here is the cut and paste correction. At this time place your used supercharger core in the plastic bag that your remanufactured unit arrived in. You will find on this plastic bag a white colored zip tie to secure the bag closed. Very carefully reposition your core supercharger back into the box setting it down on a bed of styrofoam peanuts approximately two inches thick. Then carefully place the end pads protecting the front and back of the supercharger. Then put in the remaining amount of styrofoam peanuts tightly packing the sides and top of the supercharger. Securely tape the supercharger box closed by wrapping the box continuously for two revolutions. Then put the return shipping label on the front of the box covering the arriving label. Proper packing is essential so that your core supercharger arrives intact and undamaged. Return this box to any UPS shipping facility for return shipment. This is important to receive proper credit for your core refund.

When your core supercharger arrives back to our facility it will then be carefully disassembled and thoroughly inspected. 95% of all returned cores received are eligible for 100% refund of your core deposit. By carefully following these guidelines you can be assured of a full refund. Thank you again from all of us at PSE Blower Service.
