TERMS AND POLICIES
All prices are quoted F.O.B. Edmond, OK. Specifications and prices are subject to change without notice.
Foreign Orders:
Shipments to overseas customers are to be arranged and paid by bank transfer.
Shortages:
Shortage and/or discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours from receipt of merchandise.
Backorders:
It is our policy to hold backorders and ship as soon as available. Backorders are
shipped on a “date ordered” priority.
Cancellations Policy
If an order is cancelled before the product has been shipped out there will be an order cancellation fee of 10% of the price of the supercharger the customer has ordered. If the merchandise has already been shipped to the customer and the product has been received but not opened there will be a 10% restocking fee on the price of the product and all shipping cost will be charged. If a product has been shipped out and the product has been installed on the vehicle there will be no return accepted. PSE Superchargers is not responsible for you or your techicians misdiagnosing of any repair on any vehicle.
Returns or refunds:
All returns must be authorized before being returned and a copy of the original invoice must be included. There are NO refunds on superchargers that have been installed. Any un-installed purchase will be subjected to a 20% re-stocking charge. If the customer has paid with a credit card, there will be an additional 6% added to the restocking fee to cover credit card processing costs. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Call PSE Superchargers @ 1-877-349-0790 (8am-4:30pm CST) and request RA No. (Return authorization number). A return-shipping label will be faxed to you. If it is determined that PSE Superchargers is not responsible for the failure under the warranted time period, you, the customer, are responsible for all repair and shipping costs. Any item returned for any reason, unless prior arranged, will be repaired or replaced with the same like item. No cash refunds. NO REFUNDS ON SPECIAL ORDERS including performance pulley upgrades, S-Porting, custom modifications including machining, or custom paint, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cores:
PSE charges a core deposit on all exchange superchargers in the amount of $200 or $300 dollars depending on the model of your supercharger. We will either charge your credit card at the time you make your purchase or we will hold an authorization on your credit card. At the time your order is placed, PSE will determine whether or not to charge your core deposit upfront. This core deposit does not cover the cost of replacing your core. If you do not return the core supercharger you will be charged an additional $200 to cover the costs of replacing your core.

CORE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS UPON RECEIPT. Upon Customer's Core return we will inspect your core and you will be notified if your core is damaged beyond repair. The $200 or $300 dollars will be retained and charged on your credit card if core is damaged. If your core is GOOD, authorization will be released on your credit card.

PSE does not provide a 100% core refund for cores that have been opened and disassembled in any way. PSE performs many different inspections and measurements to your core supercharger that greatly reduces the reassembly time. Most often disassembled cores arrive to our facility damaged preventing the supercharger from undergoing normal remanufacturing procedures. Supercharger cores that are not eligible for a full refund are ones that the front nose bearing has completely failed or exploded to where the pulley is wobbling. Core superchargers that are damaged beyond repair will not be eligible for any refund.

PSE Superchargers is not responsible for you or your repair technician’s misdiagnosing any repair on any vehicle. I hereby authorize PSE Superchargers to charge my submitted credit card only for the purchase of phone authorized orders and agree that this purchase will be treated like cash and handled like cash. Any and all discrepancies will be handled as cash and all customers wave their right to back charge or charge back any amount charged on their credit card for any reason. All Superchargers shipped from PSE must have the core returned within 14 days of receiving it, or your core charge will be forfeited to pay the cost to replace it. NO Exceptions!!!

 

Warranty:
PSE Superchargers warrants and will repair or replace, at our option and after inspection in our facility, any PSE rebuilt product found defective by means of material and/or workmanship for a lifetime from invoice date and for the original invoice car owner/purchaser for any PSE remanufactured supercharger, and two years for all other models (excluding Jackson Racing) or IHI/Mazda rebuilt superchargers. All other PSE products or rebuilt superchargers have a one year from invoice date warranty. This warranty does not cover products which fail because of accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, racing, improper installation, non factory pulley, abuse, or when used in applications for which they were not designed or approved. Removal, installation, transportation, labor, inconvenience, damage of other components, personal damage or injury and/or any injury or liability to other persons or property are not covered under this warranty. Any returned merchandise for restocking or warranty concern must be packaged individually with appropriate packing materials to prevent any damage to the merchandise of any kind. Improperly packaged and protected merchandise may result in damage voiding all warranties even if merchandise if found to be defective. Shipping companies will not assume liability for improperly packaged merchandise. In these scenarios customers will need to purchase new merchandise and any applicable cores.
Aviation Usage:
PSE Superchargers prohibits from providing any products for any aviation use.
